GIGABYTE Presents New RTX 5060 with 8 GB, Low Profile, Dual Slot, and 3 Fans
At the COMPUTEX 2025 event, NVIDIA officially introduced its new RTX 5060 graphics card. Available in both 8 GB and 16 GB VRAM options, the card has stirred some controversy due to driver availability for pre-launch reviews. However, this hasn’t stopped manufacturers from showcasing their custom models, with GIGABYTE standing out with its small size and low profile design, perfect for compact setups.
Key Features of GIGABYTE’s RTX 5060
GIGABYTE’s version, called the GeForce RTX 5060 OC Low Profile 8G, is an 8 GB model, as indicated by its name. This unique design features 3 fans and is just 2 slots thick, making it compatible with setups that require a low profile due to limited space, measuring only 182 mm in length. Despite its compact size, this model is equipped with 4 video outputs, similar to larger versions of the card.
No Official Price Yet, But Expectations Are High
This new card joins the list of options already available from GIGABYTE, which has previously released similar models in the past. Currently, there is no official price for this RTX 5060 model, but it is expected to be priced similarly to other models with less VRAM. Given that this card has the smallest VRAM option, the price should not be too far from the larger, similar models.
