ID Cooling Launches New Coolers and Scented Paste @ Computex 2025

Computex 2025: The eTeknix team is here at Computex 2025 in Taipei, Taiwan, bringing you coverage of the latest, greatest, and next-generation of PC hardware, components, gaming tech, and much more! While we’re currently on the show floor taking many pictures and having meetings, we will endeavour to update our live gallery throughout the day, which you can check out here!

ID Cooling

ID-Cooling is here at Computex 2025 with their new all-in-one (AIO) coolers, featuring multiple 360mm models across the SL, DX, and FX series. For those who love some customisation, both the SL V2 and V2 PLUS offer a 2.1″ LCD on their new Gen 7 Pro pumps, and also come with the latest AP-120 air pressure fans, with the PLUS variant boasting an enhanced radiator with more channels for improved cooling capacity. The SL V2 SE also includes an LCD and Gen 7 Pro pump but opts for silent AS V2 ARGB fans, for a quieter sound profile, but more vibrant aesthetics.

The DX series introduces unique designs like the short-tubing GDL that’s well suited to BTF design systems, and features a wider 130mm radiator design, which is certainly unique. Furthermore, there’s also the DX360 LCD with a rotatable 2.8″ display and a thicker radiator. The DX360 TD offers temperature/frequency/load information on the display, and thanks to a magnetic mount, it’s easy to change the orientation. Finally, the FX series provides options with smaller LCDs (1.5″) for temperature-only displays, paired with silence-oriented AS V2 fans in the LCD model, and these will appeal to those looking for some added visual flair on a more budget-focused cooler.

AIO Coolers

ID-Cooling’s new air cooler lineup features the high-performance FROZN series, including the A720 AD and A620 TD models with temperature/frequency/load displays built in on the TD, but not on the AD. There’s a new and improved soldered heatsink, an easier installation design.

While the A720AD and A620AD offer similar cooling prowess in a stealthy black aesthetic, their main difference will be in price point due to the display technology. The FROZN A410 TD presents a more compact option with a CPU temperature display and a new heatsink and heatpipe layout.

The SE series sees updated, silent-oriented V2 versions of the SE-214-XT and SE-903-XT with new stealthy covers, positioned as replacements for their predecessors. Finally, the IS series caters to small form factor builds with ultra-slim designs like the 77mm tall IS-77-XT EXH, the 53mm tall IS-53-XT BLACK, and the incredibly low-profile 23mm IS-23i BLACK for Mini-ITX/HTPC setups.

It’s great to see so many compact and low-profile solutions, as many big brands overlook the HTPC market in their lineups.

Air Coolers

Finally, we have their new thermal paste, with the FROST X55 Core, Luna, Viola, Bella, and Poma. You might think that that is a lot of different thermal pastes, but why not just make one really good one? Well, they’re all good, promising 15.8W/mK thermal conductivity, lower viscosity, and uhm, they smell. With each offering a range of ocean, violet, strawberry and apple scents… haha, I know, but why not, I guess. However, if that thermal conductivity is true, that would put it above popular products like Kryonaut (12.5W) and Thermalright TF-9 (14W).
